This "User Registration Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and Hong Kong Interactive Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Interactive") on the interaction between it or its affiliates The agreement entered into with the products and services provided on the game platform (including the interactive website and the game services and other network services that the interactive website currently provides and may provide to users in the future, hereafter collectively referred to as "products and services").
If a user enters the user registration page of an interactive website or its games and confirms that he has read and agreed to the terms of this agreement and completed registration, or obtains and uses the products and services provided by interactive through any other means, the user will be deemed to have read it in detail understand the contents of this Agreement and agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Users should no longer refuse to perform this Agreement on the grounds that they do not understand the content of this Agreement. In addition, in accordance with Article 16 of this Agreement, Interactive has the right to modify and update this Agreement from time to time. 1. Service content
1. The specific content of interactive products and services is provided by Interactive based on actual conditions, such as online games, forums (BBS), chat rooms, emails, etc. Interactive reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of its products and services at any time.
2. When Interactive provides products and services, it may charge certain fees to some users. In this case, there will be clear instructions on the relevant page. If the user does not agree to pay such fees, he or she may choose not to accept the corresponding products and services.
3. Interactive provides users with products and services by accessing the Internet through server-side equipment. In addition, equipment related to products and services (such as computers, modems and other devices related to Internet access) and required fees (such as Telephone charges and Internet access fees paid for access to the Internet) shall be borne by the user.
4. Users should use genuine software to receive products and services, and the software fees shall be borne by the users themselves.
2. Account name and password
1. After the user reads and agrees to this agreement and successfully completes registration, he or she becomes a registered user of Interactive and obtains an Interactive user account (hereinafter referred to as "Interactive Account"). The name of the Interactive account cannot be changed after registration, and the password corresponding to the account can be modified through the customer service provided by Interactive.
2. The user is fully responsible for the custody of the interactive account and password and all actions performed using the account and password. It is prohibited to sell, transfer or lend interactive accounts or passwords, or share them with others. Interactive does not assume any responsibility if the user's Interactive account or password is illegally used by others due to the user's negligence in custody or any third party's behavior, and for any consequences arising therefrom.
3. If the user discovers that his Interactive account or password has been illegally used by others or has been used abnormally, he should promptly notify Interactive in accordance with the handling methods announced by Interactive from time to time, and has the right to request Interactive to take measures to suspend the login and use of the account. Interactive will decide whether to suspend the login and use of Party B's account based on the user identity verification results.
3. Account registration information
1. Provide registration information
(1) When applying for an Interactive account (or when supplementing information after registration), users should provide the latest, detailed, true and accurate personal registration information to Interactive. The aforementioned personal registration information includes: the user's interactive account name, password, and all information entered when registering an interactive account (or when supplementing or updating account information). The user hereby commits: The user registers as an interactive user with his or her real identity, and guarantees that the personal identity information provided is true, complete, and valid, and assumes corresponding legal responsibilities for the information provided in accordance with legal provisions and necessary provisions.
(2) All personal registration information provided by users will likely be used by Interactive as a basis for determining the relevance of Interactive accounts and identifying user identities. Users agree to provide proof of such information at any time upon Interactive's request so that Interactive can verify the user's identity.
(3) If the information provided by the user to Interactive is inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or has been changed but not updated in a timely manner, or is misleading in any way, Interactive has the right to suspend or terminate the user's use of any Interactive service. . Interactive has the right to review whether the identity information provided by Party B for registration is true and valid, and should actively take technical and management and other reasonable measures to ensure the safety and validity of user accounts; users are obliged to properly keep their account numbers and passwords, and use them correctly and securely. 2. Modify registration information
Users can update or modify the information provided when users apply for registration at any time through the services provided by Interactive's official website at that time or through other channels available at that time announced by Interactive. However, the real name and ID number filled in by the user when registering an interactive account (or when supplementing information after registration), as well as the interactive account name itself, cannot be modified after the account is successfully registered (or after supplementing the information). 3. Users agree that all materials, data and records related to their interactive accounts (including but not limited to login records, post-login behavior records, click card information, etc.) shall be subject to the data recorded by the interactive system.
4. Information Disclosure and Protection
1. The registration information described in Article 3 of this Agreement, as well as the non-public information stored within the scope of interactive control when users use products and services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "User Information"), shall be disclosed and protected in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
2. In order to provide users with better products and services, if the user voluntarily chooses to use Interactive's products and services, or expressly agrees to provide information, Interactive may collect user information and may analyze this information. and integration. When users use Interactive's products and services, the server may automatically record some user information, and this information will become part of Interactive's business secrets.
3. Protecting the privacy of users (especially minor users) is a basic principle of interaction. Interactive has always been proactive in taking reasonable measures in terms of technology and management to ensure the security and confidentiality of user information.
4. Except for the six situations listed in Article 4, Paragraph 4 of this Agreement, Interactive guarantees not to disclose or provide user information to the public or to third parties. The six exceptions are as follows:
(1) The user (or the user’s guardian) requests or agrees to interactive disclosure of user information;
(2) Relevant laws and regulations, regulatory agency rules or self-regulatory organization rules require interactive disclosure of user information;
(3) Judicial or administrative agencies require interactive disclosure of user information based on legal procedures;
(4) In order to protect Interactive’s intellectual property rights and other rights and interests, user information needs to be disclosed;
(5) In an emergency, it is necessary to disclose user information to protect the interests of other users and the public;
(6) In accordance with other provisions of this Agreement, Interactive deems it necessary to disclose user information in other circumstances.
5. In order to provide products and services to users normally, Interactive may need to transfer some user information to Interactive's technical service providers, Interactive's affiliates or other third parties, and these third parties promise that they will assume at least the same confidentiality obligations as Interactive. Under the premise that Interactive will transfer user information to these third parties, the user understands and agrees to this.
6. On the premise of not disclosing the private information of individual users, Interactive has the right to conduct technical analysis of the entire user information database and make commercial use of the analyzed and sorted user database.
7. Interactive will adopt commercially reasonable and feasible methods to protect the security of users’ personal information. Interactive uses generally available security technologies and procedures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Interactive does not assume any responsibility for the loss of user accounts or the leakage of user personal information that is not caused by Interactive’s intentional or gross negligence.
5. Basic rights of users
1. Users may use the products and services provided by Interactive in accordance with this Agreement and other rules announced and changed by Interactive from time to time.
2. Users can voluntarily choose to bind the pages provided by Interactive through their mobile phones, so as to obtain game activities, preferential information and other content provided by Interactive as soon as possible.
3. Users have the right to supervise whether Interactive and Interactive staff provide products and services to users in accordance with the standards published by Interactive during the use of the products and services provided by Interactive, and may also provide opinions and suggestions related to products and services to Interactive at any time. .
4. If the user does not agree with the terms of this agreement, or has objections to the terms that have been subsequently modified or updated by Interactive, or is dissatisfied with the products and services provided by Interactive, the user may choose to stop using Interactive's products and services at any time. If the user chooses to stop using Interactive's products and services, Interactive will no longer assume any obligations and responsibilities to the user.
6. User Code of Conduct
1. Users agree to regulate their own behavior in accordance with various rules, including this Agreement, published or changed by Interactive from time to time, thereby accepting and using Interactive's products and services. Users have rights and bear responsibilities in accordance with the law for actions that occur with their accounts after logging in. The user further agrees that when violating these rules, he shall bear the consequences of violation and liability for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 14, paragraph 15, article 14 and other relevant provisions of this agreement.
2. During the use of interactive accounts, users must abide by the laws and regulations related to the release of Internet information and the generally applicable Internet general ethics and etiquette norms. The user will be solely responsible for the content of the information posted by the user. All types of information posted by users must not contain the following content:
(1) Violates the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;
(7) Spread obscene, pornographic, gambling, violence, murder, terrorist information or instigate crimes;
(8) Insult, slander or maliciously attack others with words and infringe on others' legitimate rights and interests;
(9) Infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, copyright or public/private rights;
(10) Violates humanistic ethics, customs and habits;
(11) Disrupting the normal order of the game;
(12) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
3. The user’s interactive account name and the names of characters, gangs and other names in the game should comply with the principles of legality and health, and are not allowed to be used including but not limited to those related to race, religion, politics, national leaders, obscenity, vulgarity, slander, intimidation, Names that are deceptive, offensive, insulting, potentially misleading, illegal drugs, etc.
4. Users should be responsible for their words and deeds in the game, and in particular must not:

(3) Cause disputes through any means or channels;

(6) Promote or conduct offline transactions of game accounts, virtual currency, and virtual props through any means or behavior other than the transaction channels provided by Interactive;

(8) Promote or encourage any violence outside the virtual world of the game;
(9) Disclose any game world and real world information of other users, non-users or interactive game employees;
(10) Promote or publish illegal information, information that violates social ethics, or information that is not conducive to the construction of spiritual civilization, including but not limited to pornography, gambling, cults, terrorism, etc.;
(11) Other speech or behavior that does not comply with laws, regulations, social ethics or game rules.
5. Users shall not interfere with or hinder the normal provision of products and services by Interactive, and in particular shall not:
(1) Attack or invade the interactive website server or overload the website server;
(2) Crack and modify the client program provided by Interactive;
(3) Attack or invade interactive game servers or game server-side programs or overload the game servers;
(4) Unreasonably interfere with or hinder others from using the products and services provided by Interactive;
(5) Exploit loopholes and errors (Bugs) in the program to disrupt the normal progress of the game or spread the loopholes or errors (Bugs);
(6) Directly or indirectly exploit game bugs (including loopholes or unreasonable phenomena in game systems, programs, settings, etc.) and program loopholes to make money or disrupt the order of the game, or use bugs and loopholes to achieve personal goals; (7 ) Produce, use, publish, and disseminate any form of auxiliary tools or programs that hinder the fairness of the game (referring to any file or program used to gain an advantage in the game, but is not part of the interactive game or each game software), including cheating Natural plug-ins and related auxiliary plug-ins (including but not limited to automatic monster killing, automatic leveling, automatic taking medicine, automatic completion of tasks, acceleration or operations beyond the game setting range, etc.);

6. Users shall not disrupt the order of the game, and in particular shall not:
(1) Staying in special places or sensitive areas for a long time (including but not limited to event registrants, "immigration messengers", teleporters, teleportation points, etc.), interfering with other users' games;
(2) Conduct malicious PK, site clearance, extortion, blackmail, etc.;
(3) Threaten or incite other users or non-users to participate in abnormal game content (including but not limited to parades, gatherings to cause trouble, etc.);
(4) Use characters with similar nicknames to pretend to be friends of others, NPCs or official characters, etc. to commit fraud inside and outside the game;
(5) Behaviors that affect the fairness of the game by obtaining benefits through third-party studios or individuals, such as playing trumpets.
7. Users can communicate with the game administrator (hereinafter referred to as "GM"), but when communicating with the GM, they are not allowed to do the following:
(1) Impersonate the system or GM;
(2) Deceiving or attempting to deceive GM, including but not limited to misleading GM, refusing to provide information, providing false information, and any attempt to "defraud" GM;
(3) Violate or ignore the prompts given by the GM. In the game, in order to ensure the common interests of the majority of users and maintain normal game order, the GM may prompt users to perform certain operations or stop performing certain operations, and users must not ignore or obstruct the progress of this work;
(4) Interfering with GM’s work. Interference with the GM's work includes but is not limited to: requesting any game virtual items (including but not limited to virtual currency, game props, etc.) from the GM, frequently calling the GM or sending requests without substantive content, and repeatedly sending answers or solved problems to the GM. (5) Insult, threaten or maliciously attack the GM.
8. Users must keep their account numbers and passwords safe. Any consequences caused by the leakage of account numbers and passwords due to the user's fault will be borne by the users themselves.
9. Users can only use the products and services provided by Interactive in their personal capacity. Users cannot use the products and services provided by Interactive to engage in activities for commercial purposes, nor can they use the products and services of Interactive for sales or other commercial purposes.
10. Unless written permission is obtained from Interactive, users may not use any of Interactive's products and services and any of its contents for commercial gain, including but not limited to acting as an intermediary in the trading of game props to collect intermediary fees, selling game props for profit, etc.
11. Users are not allowed to use the products and services provided by Interactive to engage in the following activities:
(1) Entering a computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;
(2) Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
(3) Delete, modify or add data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
(4) Deliberately creating and spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs;
(5) Other behaviors that endanger the security of computer information networks.
12. The user agrees to use the monitoring data in the game program as the basis for judging whether the user has cheated on the game by using plug-in programs and other methods.
13. If abnormal user behavior or data is found during interaction, the user behavior can be observed and recorded, and the results of the observation and recording can be used as the basis for judging whether the user has violated the User Code of Conduct of this Agreement. Interactive actively protects the security of users' accounts, virtual items and virtual currencies. To this end, Interactive has launched a severe crackdown on account theft and account theft-related behaviors. When Interactive discovers or suspects the existence of account theft and account theft related behaviors including but not limited to the following, it has the right to handle it in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, Section 14, Section 15, Section 14 and other relevant provisions of this Agreement as appropriate. At the same time, Interactive reserves the right to pursue further proceedings:
(1) Stealing accounts;
(2) Stealing virtual items;
(3) Steal virtual currency;
(4) Stealing account numbers or/and passwords;
(5) Transfer of items under abnormal IP;
(6) Other account theft and account theft related behaviors. In order to maintain the fairness and order of the game, even if the user does not actively participate in account theft, if the user's items come from account theft or account theft related activities, Interactive has the right to recycle and freeze the items and accounts involved in the account theft at its own discretion. Users should cooperate with Interactive’s investigation into account theft and account theft related behaviors. Users should consciously maintain the order of the game. When interactively discovering or suspecting false account theft complaints, they have the right to handle them in accordance with the provisions of Article 6, Section 14, Section 15, Section 14 and other relevant provisions of this Agreement as appropriate.
14. If a user violates the user code of conduct mentioned in this article, Interactive has the right to impose one or more of the following violation consequences on the user, depending on the severity of the behavior, and the user shall bear these adverse consequences:
(1) Warning: Warning is an educational guide for minor violations of game policies. It is a way to normally manage the operation of the game.
(2) Ban: Close some or all chat channels of the offending user, and force the online dialogue function of the offending user character to be suspended, so that the character cannot talk to other users until the penalty expires or is cancelled.
(3) Forced offline: Force the offending user to leave the current game and end the execution of the user's current game program.
(4) Account suspension: Suspension or permanent termination of the offending user’s right to log in to a certain game using an interactive account.
(5) Delete files: Delete the character files of the offending user in a certain game world to prevent the character from appearing in the game world again.
(6) Account deletion: Permanently terminate the rights of illegal users to log in to interactive games through interactive accounts. All data in the game database, including but not limited to user registration information, character information, level items, game currency, etc., will be permanently banned.
(7) Recover game virtual items: Recover game virtual items obtained by illegal users due to fraud or other violations, including but not limited to game virtual currencies and virtual items.
(8) Name modification: Forced modification of the forum nickname, game character or gang name of the offending user.
(9) Disband organizations: Disband gangs, guilds and other organizations established by illegal users.
(10) Deduction value: Deduct the game value of the game character, including but not limited to the game character level, money, experience, etc.
(11) Ban IP: Temporarily or permanently prohibit illegal users from logging into a certain server of a certain game from an abnormal IP.
(12) Bear legal responsibility: If the inappropriate behavior of an illegal user causes damage to others or interactions, or is contrary to current legal provisions, the illegal user shall bear corresponding civil, administrative and/or criminal liability in accordance with the law. For example, if the user is playing a game If a third party's intellectual property rights or other rights are infringed during the process, resulting in claims from the rights holder, the user will be directly responsible.
15. If a user commits a behavior that violates the user code of conduct mentioned in this article, Interactive also has the right to require the offending user to bear liability for breach of contract to Interactive, including but not limited to restoration to the original status, elimination of the impact, and compensation for direct and indirect losses or additional costs caused to Interactive Compensation will be made, and after Interactive first bears the liability for administrative penalties or infringement damages caused by the illegal user behavior, Interactive will recover compensation from the offending user.
7. Game Management
1. Game Administrator
(1) Game administrator is GM (Game Master), which refers to the interactive online staff who maintain and manage the order of the game's virtual world.
(2) GM will not interfere with the normal order of the game, will not ask for users’ personal information and passwords in any way, and will not be responsible for resolving private disputes between users or answering questions such as game strategies and tips.
(3) Users should respect, understand and cooperate with GM's work in the game. If they have any opinions, they should complain and report to the customer service center through the dedicated mailbox.
2. Game information transfer. Interactive reserves the right to arrange to split or merge game servers based on the availability of products and services. Interactive has the right to transfer the user's character information and character files in the game to other game servers without significant impact on the user's game rights.
3. Parental monitoring system. Interactive complies with national policies and has set up a "parental supervision system for minors" for certain specific games. If parents (guardians) agree to minors (especially children under ten years old) using products and services, they must do so in the name of the parents (guardians). Apply to register an interactive account. When using products and services, parents (guardians) should act as guardians to determine whether the products and services are suitable for minors. 4. Under the existing technical conditions, Interactive will make reasonable commercial efforts and develop and maintain the "Parent Monitoring System for Minors", "Game Anti-Addiction System" and real-name authentication system in accordance with the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities. Interactive does not provide any express or implied warranties other than those expressly provided by applicable law and assumes no liability in connection therewith.
8. Tariff policy
1. Charging information for interactive products and services, as well as relevant charging standards, charging methods, purchase methods and other relevant charging policy information, can be found on interactive related platforms or game websites (including but not limited to huoyuhn.com and corresponding game official websites) ) is explained.
2. Interactive has the right to determine the tariff standards and charging methods for the products and services provided by Interactive. Interactive may set different tariff standards and charging methods for different products and services, and may also set different tariff standards and charging methods based on the different products and services provided by Interactive. Different tariff standards and charging methods are determined at each stage. In addition, Interactive may also modify Interactive's tariff policy from time to time. 3. For interactive paid products and services, users should purchase interactive products and services in accordance with the tariff policies determined by interactive. If the user fails to purchase the products and services of Interactive according to the tariff policy determined by Interactive, Interactive can immediately stop providing the products and services to the user.
4. Unless otherwise expressly provided by law, users may not require Interactive to return any charges that users have paid to Interactive (hereinafter referred to as "refunds"), regardless of whether such charges have been consumed. Interactive has the right to decide whether, when and how to refund users. If Interactive agrees to refund, the user shall compensate for the fees incurred by using credit card, mobile phone and other payment channels when paying, and Interactive has the right to directly deduct the fees from the fees returned to the user. The recharge amount, virtual currency, virtual props, etc. given by Interactive in the process of providing products and services will not be refunded or cashed out.
9. Virtual Items
1. The ownership of various virtual items in the products and services provided by Interactive (including but not limited to game platforms, games, and forums), not limited to gold coins, silver coins, props, equipment, etc., belongs to Interactive. Users can only have the right to use virtual items in compliance with laws and game rules. Once the user purchases the right to use virtual props, he will be deemed to have entered into the consumption process and may not request the return of the virtual props for any reason.
2. In addition to large-scale server disconnections, Interactive does not assume any responsibility to users for the deletion or rollback of characters, loss of virtual items or money due to local network problems, personal operational problems and other individual reasons.
3. In view of the complexity of online transactions, Interactive prohibits users from engaging in offline transactions and offline transactions related to the purchase and sale of game virtual items. Interactive objects to users’ own offline transactions and offline transaction-related behaviors (including but not limited to participating in offline transactions, assisting offline traders in operating and transferring game virtual items, etc.), and does not protect offline transactions Any transaction results and any problems and disputes arising from offline transactions between users, including but not limited to fraud of money or game virtual items by false transaction information, have nothing to do with Interactive. 4. Interactive does not recognize the transaction results generated by users’ offline transactions. The game virtual items obtained by users through offline transactions will be deemed to be from sources that do not comply with the rules of the game. Interactive has the right to take corresponding measures in accordance with Article 6 of this Agreement regarding game virtual items, game characters and interactive accounts involved in offline transactions and offline transaction-related activities.
10. Changes in service methods and content and transfer of personal data
1. Interactive will try its best to continue to provide products and services to users, but Interactive does not rule out the possibility that Interactive may stop providing any products and services, nor does it rule out any changes to the service methods and content of game services or other network services. possibility.
2. In order to increase and enrich the content of interactive games and other online services, games and game platforms may update and adjust their functions from time to time while running. After the game and game platform are updated, all operations, content, and settings in the game and game platform will be subject to the announcement content in the game and game platform.
3. If Interactive stops providing a certain product and service, or changes the method or content of a certain product and service, Interactive will notify users in advance and try its best to find an appropriate service provider to take over and continue to provide products and services.
4. Under the circumstances mentioned in paragraph 3 of this article, Interactive may transfer the user's personal data (including relevant account and password information and personal data) to the party that continues to provide services, and may also permanently seal the original data as needed. information to promote new ways to play. The user hereby agrees that Interactive has the right to make this transfer and provision, and agrees that after Interactive completes the transfer and provision, Interactive will no longer assume any obligations and responsibilities for the user's original information. However, Interactive does not guarantee that Interactive will be able to find appropriate service providers or service methods to continue to provide products and services instead of Interactive, nor does it guarantee that the products and services provided by the service providers found by Interactive or the changed game methods can meet the needs. 11. Service interruption or termination
1. If any of the following circumstances occurs, Interactive has the right to interrupt or terminate the provision of game services and other network services under this agreement to users at any time, and Interactive does not assume any responsibility for the inconvenience and loss caused therefrom:
(1) The personal information provided by the user is untrue;
(2) The user violates the user code of conduct stipulated in this agreement.
2. Under the following circumstances, Interactive has the right to cancel the role created by the user and delete all records of the role:
(1) The game character registered by the user does not meet certain game requirements, and the available recharge currency in the game partition associated with the character is zero, and the user has not logged into the game through the character for 90 consecutive days;
(2) Characters deleted by users themselves have not been restored within a certain period of time from the date of deletion;
